I am 54 years old, a health and wellness expert,

A little back story about me is that I resigned from my

exercising. That summer I went to try on my
summer clothes that I had stored away for the
winter and you will never guess what happened.
They all shrunk!!!
Actually they didn't shrink, I just got fat.
I thought to myself ah ok this is menopause
I see what they are all talking about.
It was not good, my periods were so heavy, my mood
was up and down and I started to get hot flashes.
Yikes!!!!
I knew if I just went back to the plan the naturopath gave
me, that I paid hundreds of dollars for and
spent so much time with appointments
week after week I could lose the
weight.
Well guess what happened?
3 months later, 12 weeks, 90 days however
you look at it, I made the decision to
follow the plan and I lost 23 pounds of
menopause weight over 2 years ago and
I have kept it off. I am 55 years old and I feel
FANTASTIC.
The periods became very light and show up every other month,
the hot flashes gone and my mood is happy all the time,
I don't run out of energy and I sleep well.
